Eleven Utilities and Facilities
A set of eleven utility and facility buildings supporting Africa Textile operations at GDIZ. The complex includes power and compressor rooms, maintenance workshops, chemical storage, boiler and MRS buildings, as well as welfare and security facilities such as a crèche, medical center, frisking building, and scrap yard ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable industrial operations.

Togo Main road lane divider
We have been awarded the contract for separating the national road N1 (Togo Main Bituminous road) opposite the PIA by a reinforced concrete wall over a length of 450m
The contractual period of the market was one month, we carried out the work on time, within 21 days of execution
TRUCK PARKING COMPOUND WALL
We made the entrance fence wall of the Truck Parking lot of the Adétikopé Industrial Platform
This wall is intended to serve as a totem and wall art for the PIA Truck Parking.Total length 108 M
Nutrisource warehouse
Execution of cladding and finishing works for a warehouse dedicated to nutrisource products with an area of 15,000 sqm and 15m high
ICD Maintenance Shed & Fuel station
Construction of a heavy machinery maintenance workshop dedicated to the dry spot of the Adétikopé industrial platform over an area of 800 m², a washing workshop and a fuel station area as well dedicated to the PIA inland container depot machinery and services.

water Tank Construction
we have built for the PIA two water tanks respectively 1700 cubic meter and 1000 cubic meter for the PIA facilities water supplying.
Garmenting Training Center Shed
Construction of a metal structure warehouse with an area of 5600 m2 and a height of 7m dedicated to the textile department of the PIA for training in textile manufacturing and garmenting as well as the construction of 4 toilet blocks adjacent to the training warehouses dedicated for trainees and educators.
Reefer Rack Foundation
Coring in the concrete of the concrete platform according to the dimensions of the base and shrinkage according to phasing and methodology dictated by the method engineer.
